The Tattered Lace Magazine Issue 31
Here is Issue 31, and a very creative issue it is indeed! We’re loving the FREE gift this month – the Delicate Gate. Browse through Karen’s six projects, you are going to be able to make lovely cards with this die and a fabulous gift box. The Delicate Gate has a score line on one side, instead of a cut line, this is going to give you even more versatility!
We have more than a dusting of magical mayhem with the Enchanted Castle and Trixie the fairy, together with her best friend Minx who has dropped in on the Enchanted Gate. The cards are adorable and are perfect for all those little pixies of all ages! There is a little romance with the Melded Elegance die set. Put both the dies together to create a striking heart, use the edger die to create a pretty scalloped heart and use the melded die to create a pretty, lacy aperture – we show you how to do them all.
The Teardrop Collection of dies really are impressive and we’re sure that you will be inspired by the cards that Vikki has made. We love the partial cut with the four teardrops, so much so that we really wanted you to see up close, just how easy it is to do this die cutting technique, it is not just for teardrops either! The Ornamental Collection is all about the inside of the card with lovely sentiment, well actually that is not the case at all, because these cards make the most of the sentiments, you must try the very clever circle easel card!
So after all the sparkle and the glamour it is a time for contemplation and the remaining two features are perfect for this. The Praying Hands and the Bible dies have been requested by so many crafters. We do listen and do our best to please.
So, the above, together with the FREE papers and four pages of offers and competition, life is good!
